A typical coaching session is about 45 minutes long. There are three parts to a coaching session. First, is checking in with the client- asking the client how their previous week went and if they have any successes they would like to share. Then, I ask the client what goals they would like to focus on during the session. This usually takes about 10-15 minutes.
The second part of the coaching session is to facilitate self-discovery by asking the client questions. I will ask the client different questions to understand where they are in relation to their goals and focused questions to help achieve them. This is where I will invite them to see God’s truth. What would God say about their thought process, situation, and or identity?
The last part of the coaching session is to establish a comfortable and sustainable level of accountability with the client so that accurate progress can be monitored and celebrated. Accountability looks different for each client, but by verifying tangible markers of success, Life Coaching can become one of the most powerful tools for life transformation.
In-person coaching with outdoor activity.
Within a 15-mile radius of the Aurora/ Denver area.

As an adventure coach, I will get the privilege of taking clients on fun adventures where they can experience the excitement and get rejuvenated. The wide range of activities available to clients will allow for exercise, companionship, and reconnecting with nature-boosting endorphin levels- leaving clients with an improved sense of well-being.
The client will get to choose- depending on the weather and season- which outdoor location and activity they want to participate in. The client can choose hiking, walking, paddle boarding, picnicking, ping pong, painting, wall climbing, pickleball, and more… The location has to be within 15 miles of the Denver/ Aurora area, and the client can use the entire hour for the outdoor activity or 30 minutes of activity and 30 minutes of coaching. The client will cover any rental or entry fees.
Depending on the weather and season, the advantage of being outdoor is to enjoy the beauty of nature, and how being active outdoor can stimulate the brain producing endorphins for feeling happier and stimulates our five senses.
The client can choose hiking, walking, paddle boarding, picnicking, ping pong, painting, wall climbing, pickleball, and more…
The location has to be within 15 miles of the Denver/ Aurora area.
